Cha-Ching! Charlie Sheen and Ex-Two and a Half Men Bosses Cut a Deal

Actor and former bosses reach settlement to their "mutual satisfaction"

If not the highest-paid actor on TV, Charlie Sheen is probably a pretty well-paid plaintiff.

The actor has settled up with his former Two and a Half Men bosses, Warner Bros. Television and series cocreator Chuck Lorre, whom he sued for $100 million after he was ceremoniously fired from the hit sitcom.

So, what's in it for Sheen?

The terms of the settlement are confidential, as they often are, but an in-the-know source confirms to E! News that Sheen received upward of $25 million in the deal.

"Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties' mutual satisfaction," read a statement from the studio to E! News. "The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement."

So far, on his Twitter account at least, a humbled Sheen seems to be abiding by that agreement.

Despite having blinked first in their face-off with Sheen, Lorre and Warner Bros. still have plenty to be celebrating: The latest season of Two and a Half Men premiered to killer ratings—literally, in a sense—with Ashton Kutcher in the driver's seat.
