Monday is Kate Middleton and Prince William's second wedding anniversary, but the royal mom-to-be didn't make the day all about her.

The pregnant duchess paid a visit to Naomi House Children's Hospice in Winchester, Hampshire, sweetly visiting with kids and families who came out to wish her well.

In one sweet picture, the mom-to-be, 32, receives a bouquet of flowers from 8-year-old Sally Evans. Kate, wearing a nude Tara Jarmon dress, coral coat and nude heels, is all smiles as she leans in to greet the young girl and thank her for the flowers.

To help kick off Children's Hospice Week, Kate also released her first ever recorded video message. In the clip, she urges other to support their local hospice centers. "With your support we can help ensure that these children and their families can make the most of the precious time they have together," she says.

And while Kate and William are spending the day apart (Wills is at work!), the duo are expected to celebrate their anniversary evening together.

Two years in, and this happily ever after is stronger than ever!
