Someone thinks she can do better than this house.

This eight-bedroom Bel-Air mansion is on the market to the tune of $9.5 million—six months after the ink dried on the pop-princess owner's divorce, and three years after the celebrity couple she bought it from split up.

Admittedly, this spacious, amenity-laden pad is a bit roomy for one waify singer, even if she does entertain an entourage and a reality-TV star boyfriend from time to time. Or maybe she's just sick of living where her ex-husband used to hang his hat.

So who's selling one of the best damn houses we've seen in awhile?

Why, Avril Lavigne, of course!

The Canadian songstress is looking to unload the house she used to share with hubby Deryck Whibley. She filed for divorce in 2009 after three years of marriage, and the paperwork was finalized in November.

Lavigne, meanwhile, bought the house from the now divorced Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler. Granted, they were still together when they left the house, which was featured on Meet the Barkers, but still...their marriage wasn't long for this world at that point.

Once upon a time, Lavigne and Whibley—and then, presumably, Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner—were rambling around this 12,184-square-foot Mediterranean estate with a gym, 10-car garage, staff quarters, a basement wine cellar and tasting room, and a yard with a huge lawn, living room set-up, pool and spa.

But now, it's time to let go.
