Ginnifer Goodwin's wacky yellow Roksanda Ilincic frock made several worst dressed lists this week (including ours!). So, of course, Joan Rivers couldn't resist chiming in.

"The belt looks like pubes," quipped the Fashion Police host. She added, "Yes, it's ugly. But imagine the time you save not going to fittings."
