"Sympathy for the Devil" takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to Keith Richards' spawn.

Model Theodora Richards, the daughter of the legendary Rolling Stones guitarist, will escape graffiti and drug charges as long as she stays out of trouble for the next six months, E! News confirms.

But did prosecutors go easy on her due her celebrity heritage?

Not according to the D.A.

A spokeswoman for the New York City District Attorney's Office tells E! News that prosecutors agreed to the wrist-slap at a hearing in a Manhattan court this morning for a number of reasons—the younger Richards didn't have a prior criminal record, she's been in "ongoing treatment," and the damage was minimal.

"The people moved for an 'ACD,' which is adjourned contemplation of dismissal," said the rep. "She did not have to enter a formal plea. There was no guilty plea." Such a move is common for a first-time, small-time offense.

Richards, 25, was also ordered to perform two days of community service, which she will most likely do with the city's Parks or Sanitation departments. She must then return for a hearing on June 24 to offer proof of her service to the judge.

Richards was busted March 1 in SoHo at approximately 10:45 p.m. after officers on patrol witnessed her tagging the letters "T" and "A" with a heart in between on the side of the building that houses St. Anthony's Convent. Along with a paint marker, cops also found a small amount of pot in her bag as well as Vicodin pills for which she admitted not having a prescription.

The rock 'n' roll progeny was polite and apologetic when she was taken into custody, police said. She was booked on one count of making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Richards declined to speak to reporters after today's proceeding.

As for that inky scrawl she left? While it's easy to assume "T-N-A" was a reference to the tune "Little T & A" off the Stones' Tattoo You, her attorney, Edward Hayes, told the New York Post the letters actually stood for Theodora and her little sis and fellow model, Alexandra.

"She just loves her sister," he said.

Let's just hope next time she doesn't paint it black.
