Jon Cryer's dressed to impress in his hand-tied, bow-tie on the red carpet for the SAG Awards. And he's even ready to share a few on-set secrets!

The Two and a Half Men star tells E! News exclusively what it is like working with Ashton Kutcher and how he has made the set a little less intense.

"He's great. He's a clown. He is up for anything, willing to do anything. Great, great spirit" says Cryer of Kutcher.

And in the wake of Charlie Sheen's shenanigans adversely affecting the show, that's a good thing.

"It's a little less suspenseful being on the set now a days," says Cryer, who's up for Lead Actor in a Comedy Series at tonight's awards. "When you come into work, you are pretty sure he [Ashton]'s going to be there. And nobody's pushed his car off a cliff or anything like that."

Love it!
