Happy New Year!

It's hard to believe that 2011 is already coming to an end. It was a year of good times and some bad. But one thing is for sure—ringing in 2012 is about having a great time.

And you can do so with some of your favorite celebs. So chill that champagne, put on a funny hat and get ready to blow on those noisemakers as we give you New Year's Eve party scoop on Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Fergie, Justin Bieber and so many more...

Talk about a wild year for E!'s own Kim Kardashian! Hot off a very Kardashian Christmas, the reality starlet will ring in 2012 at the Venetian's Tao Las Vegas nightclub for her second straight year alongside DJ Samantha Ronson.

Kim won't be the only Kardashian in Sin City this weekend. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick will be hosting at Chateau nightclub at Paris while little bro Rob Kardashian will be at partying it up at hot spot Tryst inside the Wynn.

Josh Duhamel's gal Fergie will also be in Sin City celebrating the new year at 1 OAK at The Mirage Hotel & Casino. The singer will lead a countdown to 2012 and champagne toast with music by DJ Jesse Marco.

Bravo's Housewives have certainly had a drama-filled 2012. Beverly Hills' Taylor Armstrong will be hosting a bash at Chicago hot spot Enclave, while Orange County's Gretchen Rossi will be in Houston hosting Ciroc's New Year's Eve party. Jersey Housewives star Melissa Gorga and husband Joe will be holding court at The Catalina Hotel and Beach Club in Miami.

In New York City, Karina Smirnoff won't let her broken engagement stop her from reuniting with her Dancing With the Stars partner, the original Karate Kid Ralph Macchio, for Joonbug.com's bash at Bowlmor Lanes Times Square.

And here in Hollywood, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's 16-year-old son Connor continues to pump up his deejay cred as DJ C-Squared with a gig spinning tunes at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Extra VIP Suite during The Big Bang bash at Hollywood & Highland.

New Year's Eve parties not your thing? If you're planning on staying home on the last night of 2011, then here are some rockin' NYE TV specials that will surely help you ring in 2011.

It was definitely a year of ups and downs for Demi Lovato. So we're happy to see that she's hosting MTV's NYE in NYC 2012 with Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey. Lovato is set to perform as is her bestie Selena Gomez.

One of 2011's biggest names in music, Cee Lo, will take the stage during Carson Daly's New Year's Eve special on NBC (like Daly, E! Online is part of the NBCUniversal family) as will his The Voice cohort Blake Shelton and Smash star Megan Hilty.

CNN just couldn't get rid of Kathy Griffin, even after her Bristol Palin scandal last year. The comedian reunites with Anderson Cooper for the news network's New Year's Eve Live. Can't wait to see—and hear—Cooper's Griffin-induced giggling.

What would Dec. 31 be without Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve? This year's show, once again cohosted by our pal Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy, will include a special 40th anniversary party with a look back at Clark's past NYE shows. Musical guests will include Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Taio Cruz, Florence + the Machine, LMFAO and more.

No matter what you do, make sure you party responsibly—if you're gonna drink, make sure you're not gonna drive!

Happy New Year, y'all!
