Yep, SMG has taken on a new venture, food. The 38-year-old star has created a new company Foodstirs, which offers convenient and healthy ways to bring families together in the kitchen, and while talking to The New Potato all about it, the gorgeous celeb also offered some words of wisdom.
For example, when it comes to beauty, it's evident Gellar knows her stuff. After all, it seems like the stunning star hasn't aged a day since we were first introduced to her nearly 20 years ago. So what is her beauty mainstay?
"Honestly, I don't care what they say about smiling causing wrinkles, happiness is my key to everything," she tells the website. "Glowing definitely works from the inside out. That being said, water, keeping yourself moving, and sleep are definitely important."
Another important lesson to note? Take some time to enjoy the moment.
Gellar—who believes there is no such thing as bad advice, because "it's all about what you do with the information"—shared what advice she'd give her younger self.
"I think that no matter what, my advice would definitely fall on deaf ears, but it would be to appreciate the little moments, to stop and enjoy life a bit more," she explains.
"I think in my twenties I kept thinking I had my whole life ahead of me, and things could wait. But the truth is, you never know how life can change in an instant; the people that you thought would always be there may not. Now having kids, when they stop on a walk for twenty minutes to look at a leaf, I try and take that time too."
Speaking of her kids, Gellar shared a rare photo of her children, Rocky and Charlotte, on Instagram in September, which not only showed the family hanging out together (although FPJ was noticeably absent...darn!) but finally revealed their adorable faces!
"Today is an important day #kidsinthekitchen," the private star captioned the pic. "In my household cooking is family time, time to #unplug and connect. I treasure these moments #foodstirs #foodcrafting."
