Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have joined their family in Las Vegas.

The 36-year-old E! star and Kylie were spotted arriving separately at Sunrise Hospital in Nevada this afternoon to be by Lamar Odom's side, along with sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner. Kourtney, who was seen earlier today in Los Angeles taking daughter Penelope and niece North West to dance class, pulled up to the hospital in a black SUV, similar to Kylie.

The former NBA star was rushed to a hospital on Tuesday after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. Khloe, accompanied by and her mother and pregnant sister, flew from California to see him. A hospital source told E! News on Wednesday morning that Odom is "in a coma and hasn't woken up or responded."

Since the news broke, Khloe has been "heartbroken," according to a source. And while the reality star had "cut off contact with Lamar in the summer," she has been "worried about Lamar for a very long time."

The hospital source had told E! News earlier in the day that it was likely Odom had suffered an accidental overdose, adding that doctors found evidence of crack cocaine and "virtually every drug imaginable" in his system, and then may have had an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a blood clot preventing blood flow to the brain and is often associated with overdoses of a cocaine and other drugs. He likely has brain damage as a result, the source said.

Kourtney's arrival also comes on the heels of learning that her ex Scott Disick has entered a rehab facility. The 32-year-old father of three has entered rehab for his struggles with drug and alcohol abuse, which have been heavily chronicled on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

A source told E! News that Scott wants to be the best dad that he can possibly be and he is aware he needs to make some changes in his life. We're told he is dedicated to getting help and is taking this decision very seriously.
