Kris Jenner recently came face-to-face with her soon-to-be onscreen younger self.

While walking the black carpet at the Children's Justice Campaign Event in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday, the 59-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch and "momager" met Selma Blair, 42, who is portraying her in an upcoming FX series, American Crime Story: The People V OJ Simpson.

The two, both dressed in chic black dresses, posed for several photos, side by side, and also took a selfie together.

Blair's casting was confirmed on Monday. The O.J. Simpson criminal trial, in which the retired football star and actor was found not guilty of killing ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald L. Goldman, took place in 1995 and remains one of the most controversial cases in the United States.

Kris's ex-husband, Robert Kardashian, father of Kim KardashianKourtney KardashiansKhloé Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, was a member of O.J.'s "dream team" defense. Nicole was Kris' friend. During most of the trial, she was pregnant with daughter Kendall Jenner, now 19, and sat in the courtroom wearing maternity clothes Nicole had given her. Kendall's full name is Kendall Nicole Jenner.

David Schwimmer will play Robert in American Crime Story: The People V OJ Simpson, which will premiere in 2016 and will mark the actor's return to TV full-time since Friends ended in 2000. He told E! News recently that he talked to Kris "for hours" about her ex-husband, adding that he's "excited" to "explore" the pair's relationship with Selma.

Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, creators of Glee and American Horror Story, are directing American Crime Story: The People V OJ Simpson, which will serve as season 1 of the new franchise. AHS star Sarah Paulson will play Marcia Clark, the trial's star prosecutor, while Cuba Gooding Jr. will play O.J.

John Travolta and Courtney B. Vance will play the former NFL star's lawyers Robert Shapiro and Johnnie CochranJordana Brewster will portray Nicole's sister Denise Brown and Connie Britton will play Nicole's friend Faye Resnick.
