George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin looked great when they were dating, and they somehow look even better now that they're engaged!

The future Mr. and Mrs. Clooney were photographed together Wednesday night in Cabo San Lucas, and E! News has exclusive photos and details about their first vacation together since the actor popped the question last month!

The Monuments Men star, who just celebrated his 53rd birthday, and his stunning fiancée, 36, had a romantic dinner followed by an evening of fun with a group of around nine friends at downtown hot spot Harbard, says a source. The pair were holding hands throughout the night and laughing at one another, and, as one eyewitness puts it, "You can tell these two are in love."

George and his human rights lawyer fiancée have actually been in Cabo together for several days now. The actor's close pals Thom Mathews and Karla Jensen are getting married this Saturday, but he and Amal arrived 10 days earlier than the nuptials with some pals on a private jet.

The lovebirds have been staying at George's house in El Dorado—the same vacation home where they spent the holidays last year with pals Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford.
