Location, location, location!

After two years of secretly searching, Victoria Beckham has finally found the perfect spot for her first store. Obviously it was going to be in London (the star's home), but which neighborhood?

"It's young and cool," Beckham told WWD of the Mayfair area. "There are great galleries in the area. There's Dover Street Market directly opposite of us, which is not a bad thing."

The store—exact address: 36 Dover Street—is slated to open this fall. But before that, architect Farshid Moussavi, who previously worked on the 2012 London Olympic Park, will be putting her special touch on the shop.

Explaining why she hired Moussavi, Beckham shared: "She is a woman that loves fashion as well. She has quite a conceptual eye, which I like. We want to make something different without making it overly complicated. I just want it to feel real for me."

Of course, what most customers will be eyeing won't be the space. Instead their focus will be on the clothing and accessories from all of designer's various lines. And until then, they can scroll through the luxe designs on Beckham's new website, which launched last year.
