Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson filmed a memorable scene from Fifty Shades of Grey on Thursday, Jan. 16, in Vancouver.
The 31-year-old actor put his hand over the 24-year-old actress' eyes as he surprised his onscreen ladylove with a brand new car. No PDA moments between the duo were captured, but they did stand close together and shared a sweet laugh.
As fans of E.L James' erotic books might remember, the handsome and rich sexual fetishist presents the innocent college grad with a red Audi because he believes her old VW bug "Wanda" is unsafe. Anastasia appropriately names the luxurious ride "The Submissive Special."
Dornan looked handsome in a sleek gray suit and tie, while Johnson looked elegant in a gray dress and dark jacket.
Earlier in the day, the brunette beauty grinned widely on the rainy set while sharing some onscreen time with Christian Grey's bodyguard, played by Max Martini.
Johnson was casual chic—and a bit drenched—in a white blouse, skinny dark jeans and ballet flats. The crew was spotted wrapping the starlet in some towels between takes.
Talk about dedication to get the scene done!
Rita Ora (Christian's sister, Mia), Eloise Mumford (Anastasia's best friend, Kate), Luke Grimes (Christian's brother, Elliot), Victor Rasuk (Anastasia's close friend, José) and Jennifer Ehle (Anastasia's mother, Carla) also star in the steamy flick.
