The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 18, and the One Direction singer, 19, were photographed together for the first time in 2014 at a snowboard shop in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., on Thursday, Jan. 2. They posed for pictures with a fan named Allie Connolly, who shared the snapshots via Twitter and Instagram. "Casually hanging out with Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles. #dying," she captioned.
After getting attacked by some 1D fans, however, Connolly regretted sharing the picture: "Now I have 14 year olds telling me that I was paid to make this a publicity stunt. Yep, you caught me hahahah."
Jenner and Styles' public outing once again fueled romance rumors, though in past interviews, they've both insisted that their relationship is platonic. "We're friends. He's cool," the model said of the British pop star when she attended the American Music Awards in November. When Styles was quizzed about his Nov. 20 meal with Jenner at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood, Styles told Piers Morgan they weren't a couple. "I mean, we went out for dinner, but no, I guess," he said of their night out.
The pair—who've partied together in London, New York City and West Hollywood—would certainly make a cute couple. And Jenner is certainly Styles' type. "I think you just know," the singer told E! News of finding a girl with the right intentions. "It's one of them things where if you meet someone who likes you just because it's you and not because, you know, you have stuff."
