The world may be losing its collective you-know-what over news that Kate Middleton and Prince William have a royal baby on the way, but aunt-to-be Pippa Middleton is keeping calm and carrying on.

Or at least trying to as best she can, given the circumstances.

No pregnant pauses here; just one day after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge broke their bombshell (well, maybe not such a bombshell) news that a new heir to the throne was on his or her way, Pippa stepped out solo in London.

While the royal family yesterday announced the happy baby news and St. James's Palace released well-wishes on behalf of each of the titled relatives, the Middleton clan has yet to publicly release a statement on the pregnancy news—not that they need or are expected to. And as it happens, actions speak louder than words.

This morning, Prince William was once again spotted arriving at the King Edward VII Hospital in Central London (his second visit in as many days, doting dad-to-be though he is), while Kate's mother Carole Middleton was also spotted by paparazzi en route to the same facility.

The duchess is expected to be remain under doctors' watch in the hospital for several days as she battles through her acute morning sickness, and will continue resting at home once she's released.
