This soon-to-be married Justin Timberlake is saying sayonara to his New York City bachelor pad.
The 31-year-old celeb put his over 2,500 square feet posh Penthouse A in the Soho Mews building at 311 West Broadway on the market, according to Trulia, and if you're interested in getting your sexy back up in these digs, it will only cost you $7.65 million.
Chump change, right?
Timberlake's place includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gas burning fireplace and a large, private terrace. A glass curtain wall offers a stunning views of Soho and the Empire State Building, and the place even has a grand gallery entrance which opens to a living room, for all the artists out there.
The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, like Miele ovens and dishwasher, a designer cooktop and fully-vented hood. The bathrooms have a five-fixture master bath, radiant heat floor, an oval freestanding tub and a frameless glass-enclosed shower.
